Roberto Calabresi
Roberto is the managing partner of Ozim and is personally involved with assisting the Firm’s clients. He acts as counsel in administered and ad hoc arbitration, both at a national and international level. Roberto is experienced in commercial and investment arbitration and receives regular appointments as an arbitrator.
He was recently involved in commercial disputes related to the transfer of receivables (for breach of representations and warranties), securities and construction.
Roberto promotes Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms and has developed Early Case Assessment strategies that serve the purpose of setting client’s expectations, evaluate settlement proposals, interact with external auditors, and pursue further litigation.
Roberto assists clients on UTP and NPEs single name transactions and on secondary markets purchases of debt instruments.
