Valeria has developed her professional activity mainly in the areas of civil law, providing legal assistance both in and out of court especially in the area of civil liability, opposition to administrative sanctions, family law and credit recovery. 

Finally she has expanded her banking law skills, through the judicial and extrajudicial management of problematics loans, the assessment of related legal issues and the identification of the optimal recovery strategy, managing the out-of-court aspects of the practices or litigations.
