Roberta has developed her professional activity mainly in the fields of civil law, providing legal assistance in and out of court especially in the area of obligations and contracts, civil liability, property rights, condominium, opposition to administrative sanctions and credit recovery, gaining particular experience in executive and monitoring procedures.

Finally she has expanded her banking law skills in the field of NPEs, through the commitment of credit portfolios and the identification of the optimal recovery strategy, managing the out-of-court aspects of the practices and litigations.
