Melania carries out her professional activity in both criminal and civil law, with particular focus on banking and contract law.

She has deepened her knowledge of civil, criminal, and administrative law through participation in the public competition for the ordinary judiciary. She has also acquired professional skills in the field of enforcement procedures and in the management of non-performing loans (NPLs).

Postgraduate Diploma from the School of Specialization for Legal Professions of Florence (2017), with internship experience at the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of Florence
