Matteo has experience in banking law, in particular in the field of NPE, carries out due diligence activities aimed at the purchase of loan portfolios (or single loans), also dealing with the coordination and management of judicial and extrajudicial recovery strategies on Top Loan positions, and related litigation.

It has recently expanded its skills by providing assistance in drafting and analysis of securitization contracts under Law 130/1999, special servicing agreement, and indemnity procedures following violations of representations & Warranties.
