Manuel Puma is a lawyer specializing in Corporate Law and New Technologies.

He began his professional experience as a Legal Counsel, first in the Bank of Italy and, subsequently, within multinational companies in the oil sector. Today, in addition to providing advice and assistance to SME and innovative, he carries out judicial and extrajudicial recovery activities on NPL positions. His main areas of expertise are: Business and Corporate Law, New Technology Law, Contracts and Credit Recovery.
