Jonathan practices in the field of civil law, both in and out of court, including mediation and assisted settlement negotiations.

His main focuses of expertise are: contracts and banking law, debt collection (NPLs), contractual and tort liabilities, assistance for Real Estate Companies for the acquisition of assests through judicial proceedings, due diligence related to NPLs, bankruptcy law, rental agreements and eviction procedures.
