Francesca has developed her professional activity mainly in the field of civil law, providing judicial and extrajudicial legal assistance especially in the field of obligations and contracts, civil liability, real rights, family, condominium, leasing and credit recovery (NPLs).

Finally, she has expanded her competences in the field of banking law, especially in the context of executive and insolvency procedures.
