Francesca deals with the field of civil law with a particular focus on Real Estate Law, Banking and Financial.

She assists national and international companies, financial institutions, investors and real estate funds interested in Real Estate Operations on the Italian market. She is also specialised in due diligence in relation to non-performing credits and Real Estate assets, debt collection (NPLs) securities and real estate enforcements and bankruptcy law. She regularly assists Reoco (Real Estate Owned Company) and Securisation vehicle companies to take part in judicial auctions with the purpose of safeguarding the value of the mortgage credits.
