Filippo is specialized in the management, analysis, and preparation of legal submissions in the context of NPL and UTP debt recovery. He has also experience in the field of enforcement and insolvency proceedings.

Filippo’s main areas of civil law practice include: banking law, commercial law, and bankruptcy law. Through his experience in multiple law firms, he has acquired expertise in the use of management software necessary for large-scale debt recovery.
