Benedetta is an expert in legal and extrajudicial consultancy and assistance in civil matters, with particular reference to obligations and contracts, real rights and credit protection.

Through experience in specialized law firms, she acquired expertise in the banking sector, in the field of commercial, naval and bankruptcy law. Benedetta also has extensive experience in the field of medical professional liability acquired through collaboration with specialized forensic doctors and technical consultants of the Court of Florence.
